Position Overview
We are a forward-thinking marketing agency seeking a Website Developer with proficiency in WordPress and Webflow to create, manage, and optimize websites for our diverse clientele. In this role, you will be critical in translating client needs into digital realities, crafting websites that are not only visually appealing but also user-friendly and aligned with marketing strategies.
Client Website Development: Collaborate with clients and our in-house team to create engaging and interactive websites using WordPress and Webflow, ensuring alignment with each client’s branding and objectives. Develop custom themes, plugins, and applications tailored to client requirements and expectations.
User Experience & Interface Design: Ensure all websites offer an excellent user experience and adhere to established UI principles. Collaborate with graphic designers and UX/UI specialists to ensure designs are visually and functionally stellar.
Client Communication & Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, expectations, and any specific functionalities required for their websites. Engage in regular communications to update clients on project statuses and obtain ongoing feedback and approvals.
Maintenance & Optimization: Perform routine maintenance tasks, ensuring all client websites function smoothly and remain secure and up to date. Optimize websites for SEO and load speed to ensure maximal visibility and functionality.
Marketing Alignment: Collaborate with marketing teams and Account Executives to ensure websites are designed with optimal marketing strategies and SEO in mind. Develop landing pages for campaigns, ensuring cohesiveness between marketing strategies and web functionality.
Quality Assurance & Testing: Conduct quality assurance tests and troubleshoot issues across all web platforms. Ensure that all websites are responsive, cross-browser compatible, and error-free.
Documentation & Reporting: Document all aspects of projects, ensuring that clear and comprehensive records are maintained and available for client and team reference. Provide regular reports and updates to both clients and internal teams regarding project development status.
