We are urgently looking to hire a Virtual Assistant with Launch Control experience. We are a land and development company that is for seeking a highly organized and motivated individual with at least 1 year of experience in the role/field to join our team. The main responsibilities of this position include sending text messages using Launch Control and following up with leads, managing the leads that are sent to a team for follow-up calls, and staying on top of the leads until a deal is made or the lead is terminated. Key Responsibilities:
-Utilize Launch Control platform to manage a large volume of leads for buying and selling lands.
-Track and follow up with leads.
-Coordinate with team members for timely handling of leads.
-Perform other activities related to lead management.
-Adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
Qualifications:
-Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
-Experience with Launch Control platform.
-Strong organizational and time management skills.
-Excellent English communication skills.
-Phone conversations with sellers would be a plus but not a requirement
-Ability to work well in a team.
-Detail-oriented, teachable, flexible, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
-Completion of the REI Optimize course for using Launch Control is preferred. If you haven’t taken the course yet, we can -discuss options for enrollment.
This is a full-time role (40 hours), working hours are Monday – Friday 10 am-6 pm EST, and answering texts on weekends as they come in.

We will pay anywhere between $4-$6 an hour. Your pay will depend on the level of your experience and will grow with your growth.
