We are urgently looking to hire a Virtual Assistant with Launch Control experience. Our company specializes in buying and selling rural vacant ranches and land. We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual with at least 2 years of experience in the role/field to join our team. The main responsibilities of this position include sending text messages using Launch Control and following up with leads, managing the leads that are sent to a team for follow-up calls, and staying on top of the leads until a deal is made or the lead is terminated. Key Responsibilities:
?Utilize the Launch Control platform to effectively manage a large volume of leads for buying and selling rural vacant ranches and land.
?Follow-up with leads to ensure that all leads are properly tracked and followed up on.
?Communicate with team members to ensure that leads are handled in a timely manner.
?Any other activities related to lead management.
?Adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
Qualifications:
?More than 2 years of experience in the role/field
?Experience with the Launch Control platform is required
?Strong organizational and time management skills
?Excellent English communication skills
?Ability to work well in a team
?Detail-oriented, Teachable, Flexible, Self-motivated, Eager to learn
