URGENTLY LOOKING for FIVE E-commerce Operations Assistant

We are currently in need of an E-commerce Operations Assistant who possesses exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining and updating our vital Ecommerce accounts while also providing support in our day-to-day operations. Hiring Process:
1. Phone Screening Interview: Ensure your phone line is active and you are available, as we will only call shortlisted candidates.
2. Zoom Interview: If you pass the phone screening, you will be invited for a Zoom call interview with our Director.

Responsibilities:
• Ensure product listings are accurately uploaded and include detailed descriptions, images, and pricing information.
• Continuously update and optimize product landing pages by adjusting images, videos, and variations as needed.
• Track, monitor, and resolve any issues related to product catalog health on-site.
• Monitor inventory levels and make necessary updates to ensure accurate availability.

Qualifications:
• Effective time management and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including tasks like Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and data manipulation.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong English communication skills, both oral and written.
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Experience with retailer portals (e.g., Wayfair, Bed Bath & Beyond, formerly Overstock) is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Flexibility in tasks and schedules.

Work Schedule
• Normal shift: 7 AM to 4 PM PH time.
• Rest days: To be determined (TBD).
