Job Description

As a Part-Time CSR, you will still play a vital role in the organization, providing excellent customer service while enjoying a flexible work schedule. Position Overview:
Our Part-Time Customer Service Representatives are integral to delivering outstanding customer support during after-hours, which includes weekday evenings (shifting schedule between 6 pm to 9 am EST) and weekends. We are in search of 1 part-time Customer Service Representative who can commit to 16 hours per week.

Qualifications:
– A clear and neutral, or North American accent is a MUST
– Exceptional customer service abilities, including empathy, patience, and effective problem-solving.
– Proficiency in navigating our website
Strong written English communication skills for email correspondence.
– Familiarity with Shopify, email communication, Aircall dialer, and CRM systems like Gorgias
– With a passion for cars or the automotive industry is a valuable asset

Key Duties:
1. Customer Interaction: Serve as the initial point of contact for customers during after-hours, promptly addressing inquiries via phone calls.
2. CRM Management: Proficiently use our online CRM system, Gorgias, to record customer inquiries and tickets, ensuring meticulous documentation of all interactions.
3. Email Correspondence: Respond to customer emails professionally and efficiently, addressing their concerns and providing pertinent information.
4. Tier 1 Assistance: Handle fundamental customer service requests, including order status inquiries, order tracking, cancellations, processing new orders in our Shopify store, and guiding customers to the appropriate resources on our website.
5. Technical Escalation: In cases involving technical issues beyond your purview, generate callback tickets in the CRM for Tier 2 representatives to address during regular business hours.

Working Hours:
* 16 hours per week
* Availability during training, which takes place during regular business hours (Mon-Fri, 9 am – 6 pm EST) for the first 30 days.
* Ability to work evening shifts (6 pm – 9 am EST) on weekdays

Training:
The initial 30 days of training will occur during standard business hours (Mon-Fri, 9 am – 6 pm EST)) to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the role’s responsibilities.

Salary:
We offer a starting salary of $5 per hour, with opportunities for pay raises based on your performance over time.
