ABOUT YOU:
Are you an awesome recruiter looking for your next challenge? Do you have a knack for identifying incredible talent? Do you have a strong network of candidates in the Philippines?

We are seeking a dedicated Recruiter to source, identify, screen and endorse top virtual assistant candidates for placement at companies in the United States. You will work closely with the CEO, Head of Recruiting, and our clients to develop job descriptions, screen/source candidates, and ensure seamless integration of new hires into client companies.

The ideal candidate is personable, discerning, and excited about recruiting at a start-up. You have a network of incredible people. As a bonus, you’ve built + scaled a recruiting business before (and ideally a virtual assistant agency).

RESPONSIBILITIES
– Develop and implement recruiting strategies to source the best talent from overseas markets.
– Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
– Create and post job advertisements on various platforms to attract qualified candidates.
– Conduct initial screening of resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
– Arrange and conduct interviews, including coordinating schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
– Collaborate with management to understand specific requirements for each role and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
– Provide a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
– Maintain recruitment metrics to track and report on hiring performance.
– Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to improve processes and strategies.

REQUIREMENTS
– Proven experience as a Recruiter, with a strong background in sourcing and hiring for remote / virtual assistant positions.
– Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media platforms for recruitment.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and team members from diverse backgrounds.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
– Possess an effective C2 level of English, demonstrating clear and easily understandable verbal and written communication skills.
– A solid track record of 3+ years in recruitment, BPO management, or client services (ideally with U.S. client accounts)
– Bachelor Degree or higher (summa, magna or cum laude and/or Academic Scholar from a reputable college preferred)
