Position Title: Recruiter
Location: Remote
Reports To: HR Manager
Employment Type: Full-Time 40 hours per week
Salary: $4 per hour

Position Overview:

The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and sourcing candidates via LinkedIn. The ideal candidate is proactive, has excellent communication skills, and is adept at identifying top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create and post job descriptions on various job boards and social media platforms.
2. Screen resumes to identify qualified candidates.
3. Conduct initial phone or video interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
4. Source potential candidates through LinkedIn and other professional networks.
5. Reach out to passive candidates and build a pipeline of talent.
6. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
7. Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.
8. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress
9. Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers.
10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
11. Represent WeBox at job fairs and networking events.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role.
Familiarity with various job boards and social media platforms for recruitment.
Strong interviewing skills and the ability to assess candidate qualifications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using LinkedIn/Indeed for sourcing candidates.
Ability to manage multiple positions and tasks simultaneously.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required if you have over 1 year of US recruitment experience.
