Do you have what it takes to work as a Personal Assistant to a CEO of a Luxury Multi-Family Residential Community Developer based in Florida, USA? We are looking for someone who has experience in providing a high level of administration support and basic social media management while working independently in a fast paced environment. If you have experience in Real Estate Residential Construction and are confident in speaking with various stakeholders of a company, then apply for this amazing opportunity! ?

???? RESPONSIBILITIES:
* All administrative tasks that are required by the CEO including but not limited to research, bookkeeping, reservations, email management, and calendar management
* Reviewing, prioritising, and responding to email communications
* Answering and returning phone calls, text messages, and social media messages
* Strategize and create graphics and contents for social media platforms
* Social Media Management
* Managing deadlines, appointments, and vendors
* Organising documents and maintaining records
* Drafting, reviewing, and sending communications on behalf of the executives
* Creating, managing, and automating standard operating procedures to ensure efficient and effective business systems

???? QUALIFICATIONS:
* At least 3 years of experience working as an Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
* Proven experience in email management, and calendar management
* Highly proficient in MS Excel, Outlook, other Microsoft Tools, and Google Suite
* Extremely detail-oriented, efficient, and organized
* Commercially minded and strategic in approach
* Proven ability to manage tasks with competing priorities and deadlines, independently determining the order of priority and self-initiating other value-adding tasks
* A passionate self-starter, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
