Finni Health, a rapidly growing US-based Autism Care startup, is seeking a motivated and organized Insurance Research Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring our providers are properly credentialed and reimbursed by insurance companies, ultimately facilitating access to high-quality care for children with autism.

What You’ll Do:

– Become an expert in insurance billing: Conduct in-depth research on insurance company billing rules and rates, staying ahead of industry changes and updates.
– Unravel the network: Contact insurance companies to verify provider in-network status, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for our families.
– Guide providers to success: Work collaboratively with providers newly in-network, outlining required steps for enrollment and credentialing.
– Maintain meticulous records: Document research findings, communication details, and next steps effectively for seamless follow-up.
– Stay informed and proactive: Regularly analyze data and trends, identifying potential challenges and proposing solutions to optimize insurance network access.
