US Healthcare Credentialing Specialist – OB/GYN (Permanent Work From Home)

As the US healthcare industry continues to grow, there is an increasing demand for qualified and reliable professionals to manage the credentialing process.

The Credentialing Specialist will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of healthcare providers’ credentials, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies. Responsibilities
Facilitate the credentialing process for healthcare providers, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all required documents and forms.
Collaborate with other team members to maintain accurate and up-to-date provider databases.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to healthcare credentialing.
Manage communications with providers, payers, and other stakeholders regarding credentialing status and requirements.
Review and analyze credentialing applications to identify gaps or discrepancies in documentation.
Support the development and implementation of credentialing policies and procedures.
Participate in audits and quality control processes to ensure accuracy and completeness of the credentialing process.

Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in US healthcare credentialing
Preferrably someone who has a background in OB/GYN – Ultrasound services
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements related to healthcare credentialing.
Amenable to work in a graveyard shift (US Time zone)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience with credentialing software or systems.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
