Who You Are
As a Junior Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in teaming with our Client Executives to ensure smooth and efficient operation and communication with our client accounts. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to, client support, account setup, onboarding assistance, workflow management, calendaring and communication, and administrative work.
This role will allow our Client Executives to focus on building strong client relationships and addressing client needs effectively.
What You Do
1. Client Executive Support:
– Maintain regular and professional communication with the assigned Client Executive.
– Stay current with all client projects, understanding project requirements and timelines.
– Provide proactive support to the Client Executive to ensure they are well-prepared for client interactions and meetings.
2. Client Support:
– Assist in the monitoring and management of client communications, including emails, phone calls, texts, and inquiries.
– Maintain ongoing communication with the assigned Client Executive to ensure thorough tracking and management of client details and communications.
– Ensure that client inquiries are handled promptly and professionally.
3. Account Setup and Maintenance:
– Collaborate closely with the assigned Client Executive to facilitate the setup of new client accounts.
– Maintain meticulous client records and documentation, consistently following up on missing client-related items.
– Configure and manage relevant software applications, including QuickBooks Online, Financial Cents, FRONT, and DEXT, to support client operations effectively.
4. Onboarding Assistance:
– Provide valuable support during the onboarding process for new clients by collecting necessary documentation and information.
– Monitor and track the progress of client setup and gather any outstanding client information or documentation.
– Assist in the “Welcome Process” for all clients, ensuring they receive templated emails and that they are on the right track with setup and onboarding.
5. Administrative Tasks:
– Perform a range of administrative duties, such as data entry and document organization.
– Ensure that all client information is accurately recorded and securely stored in the appropriate locations.
– Manage scheduling and calendar activities for Client Executives, coordinating client meetings and internal team interactions.
6. Catch-up Work:
– Assist in addressing any backlog or outstanding tasks related to client accounts.
– Ensure that all client accounts are current, have no missing items, and are in overall good standing.
7. Team Collaboration:
– Our culture is based on teamwork by working closely with the Client Executive team to deliver comprehensive client support.
– Collaborate proactively with colleagues to share best practices, enhance operational efficiency, and contribute to the overall success of the department.
What Is Required of You
– Precise, responsive, well-written articulated individual.
– Responsible for client written responses and ensuring questions get answered.
– Preparing PowerPoint decks for client meetings, scheduling meetings,
– Preparing checklists and sending them to clients.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Experience in Microsoft Office 365 and accounting software.
– Knowledge in accounting, finance, or a related field (preferred).
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
– Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
– A willingness to learn and adapt to changing client needs and industry trends.
– Willing to listen and take direction on tasks assigned.

– Base Salary: 3.50 – 4.00 USD / Hour
