Role Overview:
We’re seeking an organized and enthusiastic Short Term Rental Property Management Virtual
Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role entails guest communication, maintenance
coordination, cleaning coordination, listing management, and marketing optimizations. The ideal
candidate will have strong communication skills, a guest-oriented approach, and the ability to
multitask and navigate various property management tools.

? VRBO
? Google Drive
? Slack
? LastPass
? QuickBooks
? Other property management tools as necessary
Responsibilities:
? Create, manage, and optimize property listings across various platforms, including
Airbnb and VRBO, ensuring full SEO utilization in image captions and listings.
? Handle all guest communications, providing a high level of customer service at all times.
? Coordinate maintenance and cleaning schedules, liaising with vendors to ensure
properties are guest-ready.
? Set up new property listings and perform marketing optimizations to maximize visibility
and bookings.
? Monitor and manage inventory, ensuring all properties are adequately stocked with
necessary amenities and supplies.
? Handle damage claims and ensure timely resolution within the required review window.
? Read and analyze guest reviews daily, noting any improvements/suggestions for
potential implementation.
? Perform administrative tasks, including billing, record keeping, reporting, and vendor bill
payments.
? Categorize vendor payments and purchases on QuickBooks and assist with the filing of
Transient Occupancy Tax reports.
? Support other real estate ventures as required, demonstrating adaptability and a
proactive approach.
Qualifications:
? Prior experience in property management, hospitality, or a similar field.
? Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
? Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
? Familiarity with short-term rental platforms, particularly Airbnb and VRBO.
? Proficiency in basic office software and property management tools.
? Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends as required.

Work Schedule:
The Property Manager will be expected to work 40 hours per week during California business hours (PST 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM) with a 30-minute break.
