RATE& SALARY RANGE: $600 / month – PAID WEEKLY!

DESCRIPTION AND INFORMATION: We are looking for efficient, dedicated loyal individuals that can contribute to our goal of being the best in class for a healthcare waste disposal company in the United States.
Responsibilities
• Liaising with internal departments to determine recruitment needs.
• Determining selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions.
• Sourcing potential candidates through online company career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, social platforms, online posters, and flyers, when required.
• Evaluating applications and screening candidates via calls or video calls, as well as facilitating pre-interview assessments.
• Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
• To effectively use the systems provided for proper monitoring of hiring activities
• Following up on the interview process status
• Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
• Communicating employer information and benefits during the screening process
• Completing timely reports on employment activity.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or similar.
• 2-3 years of proven experience in US sourcing, end-to-end recruitment for corporate roles.
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
• Experience in the BPO industry and/or recruitment agencies/sourcing for both passive and active candidates
• Home-based recruiting experience is a plus!
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Strong negotiation skills and sound judgment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Basic Technical Requirements:
• Your own laptop/desktop PC with backup. The following minimum specs: i5 5th gen; 8GB RAM; Mozilla or Chrome installed
• A consistent and stable internet connection with a minimum of 20Mbps with a backup internet connection
• Backup power source
• Noise-canceling headset/headphones
• A quiet and dedicated workspace at home
