Position Overview:
As the Recruitment Lead specializing in US Recruitment, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, engaging, and hiring top-tier talent across various technical and non-technical roles. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience while aligning recruitment strategies with the company’s objectives.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates for technical and non-technical positions.
• Source candidates using various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, referrals, etc., while employing innovative sourcing techniques.
• Conduct thorough screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, technical skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
• Manage and nurture candidate relationships throughout the hiring process, providing timely communication and guidance.
• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing training, guidance, and support to optimize their performance and achieve recruitment goals.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and data to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements to streamline processes.
• Stay updated with industry trends, market changes, and recruitment best practices to drive continuous improvement in recruitment strategies.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, with a focus on both technical and non-technical positions.
• Strong understanding of different technical roles and the ability to assess technical skills.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing a team of recruiters.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
