Job Description

Responsibilities:
Identify and prospect potential clients through various remote channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and online networking.
Build and maintain a robust remote sales pipeline by consistently generating qualified leads and opportunities.
Conduct remote product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our payroll software solutions to potential clients.
Understand client needs and pain points, and tailor product offerings to effectively address their requirements remotely.
Develop and deliver persuasive remote sales proposals and negotiate contracts with clients to secure new business.
Collaborate with the remote marketing team to create and execute effective remote marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content creation, and lead generation initiatives.
Monitor remote market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify new remote opportunities and stay ahead of market changes.
Participate in remote industry conferences, webinars, and other relevant virtual events to promote the company’s payroll software solutions and establish industry presence.
Provide timely and accurate remote sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to the management team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams remotely, including product development, customer support, and implementation, to ensure a seamless remote customer experience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in remote sales and marketing, preferably in the software industry or payroll-related services with 1 year experience, preferably to the USA market.
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients remotely.
Demonstrated success in achieving remote sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Proficiency in remote CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track progress, and generate reports.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify remote customer needs and propose effective solutions.
Familiarity with remote digital marketing strategies, including social media, email marketing, and content creation.
Availability to work remotely and flexibility to accommodate US Time Zones as required for customer interactions.
