Job Description:
As we prepare for rapid growth, we are seeking a talented and energetic Seasonal Customer Service Agent to join our CS team. Your role will encompass providing exceptional customer service to our online customers. You will be responsible for resolving customer service inquiries promptly and satisfactorily, addressing questions related to store policies, online order status, and product details, and identifying opportunities for upselling.
1. Responsibilities
– Provide superior support to customers, partners, and internal teams
– Exceed customer service expectations by resolving inquiries within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
– Work remotely
2. Requirements
2.1. Essential:
– Proficiency in English, especially in written communication with a professional tone
– A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
– A genuine passion for customer satisfaction
– Ability to handle conflicts positively and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
– Demonstrated problem-solving and multitasking skills
– Be able to work the night shift and weekends.
2.2. Preferred
– Previous experience in customer service for companies of retail, e-commerce, and Print-on-demand is advantageous.
– Minimum IELTS score of 6.5 or equivalent
– Proficiency in Help Desk software (e.g., Freshdesk, Zendesk, Zoho, HubSpot, LiveAgent, Help Scout, etc.) or a strong aptitude for technology and software use.
3. Working shifts and timeframe
– 2-week trial period (including onboarding).
– 8-hour shifts between 7 PM and 10 AM (next day) – shift schedule arranged by team leader upon job offer.
– 1 day OFF/week
– Seasonal contract concludes on January 31st, 2023
