USA based company is seeking an independent person to contact and recruit influencers and affiliates in the Natural Health space. We have products in the human health, animal health, and organic gardening spaces.

We are seeking a talented and proactive Influencer Outreach and Affiliate Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and managing relationships with influencers and affiliate partners to drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth. This role requires a deep understanding of influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, and strong interpersonal skills to foster partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Influencer Outreach:
• Identify and research potential influencers and content creators who align with our brand and target audience.
• Develop outreach strategies and pitch campaigns to influencers, fostering strong, long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with influencers to create engaging content, including sponsored posts, reviews, and other marketing materials.
• Track and measure the success of influencer campaigns, ensuring they meet objectives and ROI targets.
• Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and oversee payment processes for influencers.
2. Affiliate Program Management:
• Establish and maintain relationships with affiliate partners and networks to expand the affiliate marketing program.
• Develop and manage affiliate marketing strategies to increase traffic, sales, and revenue.
• Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, track conversion rates, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Provide affiliate partners with promotional materials, tools, and resources to enhance their marketing efforts.
• Ensure compliance with FTC guidelines and legal requirements for affiliate marketing.
3. Strategy Development:
• Create and implement comprehensive influencer and affiliate marketing strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate influencer and affiliate marketing into broader marketing campaigns.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and influencer marketing best practices.
4. Performance Reporting and Analysis:
• Generate regular reports on the performance of influencer and affiliate marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Analyze metrics such as reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI to assess campaign success.
• Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and refine strategies.
5. Relationship Building:
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with influencers, affiliate partners, and other key stakeholders.
• Act as the main point of contact for influencers and affiliates, addressing their questions and concerns promptly.
• Nurture a positive and collaborative working environment with partners.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in influencer marketing and affiliate management.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using social media platforms, affiliate networks, and influencer outreach tools.
• Excellent analytical and reporting abilities.
• Knowledge of FTC guidelines and legal requirements for influencer and affiliate marketing.
• Creative thinking and the ability to identify new opportunities and partnerships.
• Highly organized with strong project management skills.
• Familiarity with e-commerce and online marketing trends is a plus.
