My name is Christian Strong. I am a Filipino-American Attorney based in Houston, Texas, USA looking for an experienced Graphic Designer and Social Media Manager to join a team working on FOUR projects which are legal based services. Legal experience is not required. The best candidate for this position is someone who is looking for long-term, stable part time work with the possibility of the position turning into a full-time salaried position. (This position does NOT require working night shift in the Philippines)

Qualified candidates Should Have:
– Graphic Design experience using Canva Pro and other tools to create logos and graphics to be used on my four websites, and their Instagram and Facebook accounts as well as PowerPoint experience (please share examples of past work)
– Social Media Management experience. (please share your past clients pages with me)

Qualities of HIGHLY desirable candidates:
– PROFESSIONALISM

– Have an excellent grasp of written and spoken English
– Is punctual, responds within a reasonable time (24-36 hours) and delivers promises on time.

Detailed Responsibilities:
1. Send a brief and quick daily report of what work was done
2. Use time tracking to count time
3. Create Images for use on websites, Instagram, Facebook and Print Materials.
4. Ability to use Microsoft Teams to communicate with the team. (You do not need a paid account, I will invite you to mine for free)

Work Schedule and Holidays:
– This is a part-time position Monday to Fridays. I may assign work on a weekend but do not expect it to be completed on the weekend, unless there is a “rush” to be completed, which I will tell you in advance.
– National Filipino Holidays are honored
– We have no vacation or sick leave schedule in place. We are flexible but PLEASE be honest with us if you are sick, are going on vacation, or would like time off for some reason, please give us reasonable notice. Be a good human being and you shall be rewarded!

Payment Schedule:
Every 1st and 15th of each Month.

Perks and Benefits:
– STARTING BONUS PHP 2,000 (1,000 upon hire and 1,000 upon second pay period)
– 6 MONTH BONUS PHP 5,000
– CHRISTMAS BONUS (Determined by length of employment and average actual pay)
– RANDOM EXCELLENT PERFORMANCE BONUSES AND ADDITIONS TO PAY. (I reward excellent work whenever I feel like it!)
