About:
My name is Christian Strong. I am an Filipino-American estate planning, real estate, and business law attorney based in Houston, Texas, USA. I am looking for a LONG TERM legal professional to join my law firm. This will be very part time to start, Monday-Friday and as time goes on, and you become more involved after training, your hours would increase. I do not expect work to be completed on weekends, however, I may assign a task on a weekend which shall be due during the week.
Time Required of you:
– About 10 hours a week to start training.
– Those that are already working the night shift in the Philippines to accommodate USA time shall be given preference. (Night shift is not necessary, but if you already are working that shift, then it is a PLUS)
Wage and Perks:
– Payment Schedule: 1st & 15th of each month
– PHP 400/hour (raises based on tenure and performance)
– PHP 2,000 starting bonus (1,000 upon hire, and 1,000 upon second pay period)
– PHP 5,000 6 month bonus (If you’re awesome then you’ll get more)
– Additional Bonuses based on performance
– Christmas Bonus (determined on length of employment and average actual pay)
– All Philippines National Holidays will be honored

Qualities of Qualified Candidates:
