In short, your role is to make sure all the leads get nurtured and followed up in a timely manner—to keep following up where people forget to do something, which happens a hundred or more times per day. So you, yourself, must understand INBOX ZERO for yourself, so you can help others keep their communication frequent and reliable.
You’ll want to be available from 12 pm EST to 8 pm EST (GMT-5), but we can be flexible with the schedule.
We have remote team members from around the World—and our team in Canada is so grateful for the help that we get in completing projects. We are looking for long-term relationships with team members that have excellent, reliable communication, and are willing to learn.
What You Do: Customer Service plays a critical part in any business since it handles the customer inquiries.
What are the responsibilities of the Customer Service team?
– Handling inbound lead inquires
– Internal Operations
– Daily Tasks (Follow-Ups)
– Scheduling meetings
Daily Tasks:
– Responding to leads & customers via chat and phone call.
– Return missed calls.
– Making sure the dashboard (CRM) figures are up to date.
– Communicate with Front Desk.
– Follow up on people who have submitted website forms, Facebook lead forms etc.
