Job Description

We are seeking a talented and motivated UX Designer with experience in Tableau to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user experience principles, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to create data visualizations that are both beautiful and functional. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to design dashboards and interfaces that provide a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop intuitive, user-friendly dashboards and reports in Tableau.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Collaborate with product managers, data analysts, and developers to understand user needs and translate them into compelling visual solutions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Ensure consistency in design and maintain a cohesive visual style across all products.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design and data visualization.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in Tableau and experience designing interactive dashboards.
• Solid understanding of UX principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with other data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, ).
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of data analysis and statistics.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
