We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy User Onboarding Specialist to assist new users in getting started with our platform, which runs on Go HighLevel. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Go HighLevel, experience with Facebook ad account setup, and the ability to manage DNS changes. This is a full-time position that requires a detail-oriented individual who thrives on challenges and enjoys helping others succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

Guide new users through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
Provide training and support on using our software, including CRM and Lead Gen modules.
Assist users in setting up and managing their Go HighLevel accounts.
Set up and optimize Facebook ad accounts for new users, ensuring proper integration with our platform.
Manage DNS changes and configurations as needed to ensure seamless access to our software.
Collaborate with the development and support teams to resolve any technical issues that may arise during onboarding.
Continuously improve the onboarding process based on user feedback and best practices.
Maintain detailed records of user interactions and progress in the onboarding process.
Qualifications:

Proven experience with Go HighLevel platform.
Familiarity with Facebook ad account setup and management.
Knowledge of DNS settings and changes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Tech-savvy with a passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends.
Previous experience in a customer support or onboarding role is a plus.
