UX Designer

Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced UX Designer with a strong proficiency in Figma and a deep understanding of mobile app UX design principles. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating user-centric designs, translating complex ideas into intuitive and visually appealing interfaces, and delivering seamless user experiences across various mobile platforms.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and visual designers, to gather requirements and define user experience goals for mobile applications.
Conduct user research and analysis to understand user behavior, needs, and preferences, and translate findings into actionable insights.
Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma, ensuring seamless navigation and usability across multiple mobile devices and platforms.
Develop user flows, personas, and journey maps to guide the design process and ensure the user’s perspective is considered at every stage.
Iterate designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and data-driven insights to continuously improve the user experience and drive user engagement.
Collaborate with visual designers to maintain consistency in visual style and branding while ensuring optimal usability and accessibility.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging design patterns, and mobile app best practices to enhance the overall user experience.
Communicate design concepts and ideas effectively to stakeholders and development teams, and advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs, providing necessary design assets and specifications.
Conduct regular design reviews and contribute to the overall design process by sharing constructive feedback and suggestions with team members.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing mobile app UX design projects.
Proficiency in Figma or other industry-standard design tools.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and mobile app UX design best practices.
Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering insights to inform design decisions.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
Familiarity with iOS and Android design guidelines and platform-specific UX considerations.
