Job Description

Role
As the graphic designer, you are responsible for understanding the vision of our company and clients and creating visual content to communicate ideas that inspire, inform and captivate consumers in an effective and aesthetically pleasing manner. By working individually and collaboratively, you will transform concepts and ideas into design completion.

Responsibilities
Reinforce the client-centric mission with our team so that we make certain we are moving towards our long-term outcomes.
Create designs to reflect the desired theme and tone of the organization while maintaining a formal feel.
Collaborate with team members across different departments to design company newsletters by the required deadlines.
Create and finalize all graphics for clients and promote clients’ media opportunities to represent the organization in a captivating way.
Stay up to date with current visual and graphic trends.
Work independently and as a team member to drive the business forward, and at times, under pressure to accomplish a wide variety of tasks.
Edit content including photos, graphics, documents and videos for social media.
Build and update user stories, incoordination with PM, feedback, and product team.
Design UI framework from a graphical perspective.

Results
Graphics uploaded to a shared folder for easier access of those who might need them.
Consistent, quality graphics created for multiple media platforms.
Realistic user stories that align with company goals.
Timely and quality design of development UX needs.
Track metrics and milestones along with projects on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Timely submission of weekly and monthly reports.
We use the minimum effective dose systems and platforms in order to get the greatest results.
Assist with completion of company projects to help move the business forward.

Requirements
Experience in graphic design and video editing.
Proactive approach to take initiative on projects and processes.
Development process understanding.
UX tool experience.
Experience with editing software.
Must be willing to take a sense of ownership and pride in your work performance as it relates to the company success.
Ability to manage multiple projects and effectively follow through on task completion without constant supervision.
Ability to set goals and develop achievable timelines to implement them.
