UX Researcher

Location
We are looking for people who are coming from the Philippines and Serbia.

What you’ll do
You will be helping us in niching down our target audience and customers.
Conduct research to understand user needs, behaviors, and attitudes. Use this gathered data to create user personas in specific projects by building a picture of the target users based on their needs, wants, motivations and challenges.
Conduct user, client, and stakeholder interviews, surveys, usability testing, and analyzing data to identify patterns and insights.
The researcher’s ultimate goal is to use the research findings to improve the overall user experience of the product and the brand of the company.
Provide concise, meaningful, and actionable recommendations for the product team, developers, other designers, and stakeholders.
Develop content about UX Research as part of our Content Contribution practices.
You’d be working under the supervision of the Head of Design.

Who you are
Our design team is looking for someone passionate and who enjoys conducting research.
You have a strong interest in understanding human behavior and how technology can be designed to meet the needs and preferences of users.
You highly prefer a full-time remote work environment So we need someone who has experience working full-time in a remote setup.
You have experience in conducting interviews and usability tests with users and stakeholders.
You prefer specialization over being a generalist. We look for someone who wants to hone their core skills in research long term.
Has a background in working with in-house design teams.

Technical Skills
Familiarity with user research methods: Able to plan, conduct, and analyze user research studies, such as user interviews, surveys, and usability tests.
Experience with design and prototyping tools: Able to create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to test and iterate on design ideas.
Knowledge of data analysis and visualization: Able to analyze and present data from user research studies in a clear and meaningful way.
Understanding of web and mobile technologies. Familiar with web and mobile technologies, as well as industry best practices in areas such as user interface design and accessibility.
Able to create automated data analysis tasks or create custom data visualization is a plus.
Has knowledge in A/B Testing is a plus.
Experience using Figma as their all-in-one tool is a plus.

Strong communication and collaboration skills: Able to communicate effectively with designers, developers, product managers, and other stakeholders, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Contribute to a positive and cooperative working environment by fulfilling own responsibilities and providing support to co-workers to achieve team goals.
Identify relationships and linkages within different components of data.
