Position Overview
As a UX/UI Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and interface of our digital products. You’ll have the opportunity to work with the latest design tools and methodologies and collaborate with a passionate team of product managers, developers, and other designers.

Responsibilities
– Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions.
– Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive user experience across all platforms.
– Develop and maintain design systems and style guides.
– Perform usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback.
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our design processes.
Required Experience
– 3+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer.
– Proven experience in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.
– Proficiency in Figma.
– Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
– High level of written and spoken English.
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
– Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Design, UX, or a related field is preferred but not required.
– Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and process.
– Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
– Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive mindset.
– Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
