UX/UI Designer

We are a B2B SaaS platform, seeking a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer to join our team. We are looking for an experienced and creative UX/UI Designer who can transform complex problems into intuitive and user-friendly designs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for understanding user needs and behaviors, creating interactive and visually appealing designs, and constantly refining our products based on user data and feedback.

Responsibilities:

– Work collaboratively with our Product and Development teams to create intuitive, user-centric designs.
– Conduct user research, create user personas, and build user journey maps to understand and anticipate user needs.
– Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
– Develop high-quality mockups and prototypes, and iterate designs based on user feedback and usability testing.
– Advocate for users throughout the design process, ensuring that our products provide a seamless user experience.
– Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends to ensure our products remain innovative.

Qualifications:

– Portfolio of design projects that showcases a deep understanding of design principles and aesthetics.
– Proficiency in design software (such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Suite, etc.)
– Experience in using UX design best practices and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
– Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Strong communication skills, able to effectively articulate design decisions and collaborate with team members.
– Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus.
– Experience designing with TailWindCSS a plus.
