Position Overview:
As a UX/UI Designer at Transcend Studios, you will play a pivotal role in transforming complex ideas into user-friendly, visually stunning, and functionally seamless digital products. Your expertise in user-centered design principles and your creative flair will be critical in crafting intuitive and engaging experiences for our clients’ SaaS and Web3 applications.

Key Responsibilities:
User Research and Analysis:
Conduct user research to understand client requirements, user needs, and pain points.
Analyze data and feedback to inform design decisions and iterate on existing designs.

User-Centered Design:
Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that demonstrate a deep understanding of user personas.
Design and refine intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.

Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other designers, to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
Web3 Integration:

Stay updated with emerging trends in Web3 and blockchain technology to design cutting-edge decentralized applications (dApps).

Usability Testing:
Plan and conduct usability testing to gather feedback and refine designs iteratively.
Design Systems:

Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems to ensure design consistency and scalability across projects.

Client Communication:
Present design concepts and solutions to clients, articulating design choices and rationale effectively.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, preferably in the SaaS and/or Web3 space.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
Knowledge of blockchain technology, NFTs, and Web3 concepts is a plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
A strong portfolio showcasing your design work and process.
