Position Overview
As a UX/UI Designer at Geonode, you will play a key role in enhancing user experiences and driving conversions across our digital platforms (website, user dashboard, and admin dashboard). You’ll collaborate with product, marketing, sales, and development teams to create intuitive and effective user interfaces that maximize user engagement and conversion rates. Additionally, we expect you to create a scalable and reusable design system that can be used for both product and marketing needs.

Responsibilities

Conduct market research and data analysis to identify areas for improvement in user experience and conversion rates.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs aimed at optimizing user journeys and conversion paths.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to understand user behavior and develop strategies to improve conversion rates.
Perform A/B testing and usability testing to validate design decisions and iterate based on feedback.
Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all user touchpoints.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design and conversion optimization.

Required Experience

3+ years of experience as a UX Designer with a focus on conversion optimization.
Proven experience in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
High level of written and spoken English.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with A/B testing, usability testing, and data analysis.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and process, particularly in conversion optimization projects.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive mindset.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
