UX/UI Designer

We are seeking a talented and experienced UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio in Figma prototyping, Webflow landing page design and animation, and a solid background in branding for software products. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker who is capable of turning complex software solutions into intuitive and visually appealing designs. You will work closely with our development and marketing teams to create engaging designs that resonate with our target audience and reinforce our brand identity.

Responsibilities:
– Design and prototype user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for software products using Figma, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
– Develop dynamic and responsive landing pages using Webflow, incorporating animations and interactive elements to engage users and promote our software products effectively.
– Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to understand user needs, market trends, and branding requirements, translating them into compelling design solutions.
– Create and maintain design guidelines, best practices, and standards to ensure consistency in branding across all product interfaces and marketing materials.
– Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and insights, using the findings to inform and refine designs.
Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in UX/UI design, Webflow capabilities, and Figma updates, continuously seeking to enhance your skills and improve the quality of your work.

Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in Figma prototyping and Webflow landing page design and animation.
– A solid understanding of branding principles and experience in branding software products, with the ability to create designs that align with and enhance brand identity.
– Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Webflow.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationales to stakeholders.
– A keen eye for aesthetics and details, with a passion for delivering functional and visually compelling design solutions.
– Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles is a plus.
