Key Responsibilities:

User Experience (UX) Design:

Collaborate with the Next Wave team to understand user requirements and business objectives.
Craft user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to streamline user flow.
Conduct usability tests and gather feedback to refine the user experience.
User Interface (UI) Design:

Design visually compelling and user-friendly interfaces for our websites.
Uphold brand consistency throughout all our web interfaces.
Produce original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches, and tables).
Collaboration & Communication:

Partner with web developers to ensure precise design execution.
Team up with the marketing division to synchronize website design with marketing initiatives.
Present and explain design concepts and deliverables to stakeholders.
Continuous Learning & Improvement:

Stay abreast of industry trends, tools, and best practices in UX/UI design.
Participate in workshops, webinars, and training sessions to enhance design expertise.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Demonstrable UX/UI design experience backed by a robust portfolio.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and Photoshop.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills with the aptitude to articulate design concepts.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and juggle multiple projects.
Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
