UX/UI Designer

We are looking for someone experienced with UX, UI and website design, with a bit of branding skills. You will be working alongside strategists, developers, as well as other designers.

—-> What we offer:
• We are offering a full time role, where you consistently get paid every 2 weeks
• Monthly salary of Php 90,000
• We offer 20 days of paid leave per year
• Additionally, we offer 1 day off every month
• You get to celebrate all public holidays in the Philippines as we offer paid leave for your local holidays

—-> Experience:
• At least 2 years of experience in UX design
• Has experience with icon design
• Tries to solve user issues with clever UX
• Is proficient in Figma (Uses autolayout and good naming conventions)
• Understands accessibility
• Creates compelling UI
*Bonus – if you worked in CRO or other user research, it is a big advantage

—-> Role responsibilities:
• Delivering full website UX & UI designs from Low fIdelities to high fidelities
• Designing website icons and UI elements
• Creating compelling mood boards and UI concepts
• Working on internal UX/UI templates and libraries
• Prototyping animations in Figma
• Reviewing final website development with a keen eye for detail (peer reviews)

—-> Tools:
We predominantly work in Figma. Icon design is typically done in Illustrator. Sometimes photo editing is done through Photoshop.

We are a CRO Website Rebuilding agency. We primarily take old websites that don’t convert well, and re-design them. We follow best practice principles and our approach to strategy is one of the finest in the market, where we base all of our conversion decision on research.

Despite the hardcore practice with some of the best conversion talent in the world, we’re actually quite a chill bunch, with a team of 20+ employees located in Australia, and 10+ located in the Philippines. Despite the digital communication, we are very collaborative and there is a strong sense of a team, as we all work together during work hours, send memes in chat and attend daily morning meetings.

—-> Try-Out-Task:
We have a website design that we would like you to take 15 minutes of time to review. There are a few fundamental issues in this website design with the UX and UI, as well as conversion rate optimisation mistakes.

We’d like you to point out its flaws and make comments on how to improve the design. We’d like you to find inspiration/examples of how to solve these visual problems.
