Job Duties
Webflow Design and Development:
• Spearhead the design and development of engaging webpages and landing pages using Webflow, ensuring high usability and a seamless user experience.
• Utilize Webflow’s visual development interface to implement responsive designs that align with our brand’s aesthetics and marketing goals.
UX/UI Design and Development:
• Spearhead UX/UI design by gathering user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
• Illustrate design ideas through storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
• Design engaging webpages and landing pages with a focus on user-centered design and usability.
• Craft visual elements like menus, tabs, and widgets and develop UI mockups and prototypes.
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
Graphic Design:
• Craft visually compelling graphics and content for various digital platforms, including presentations, social media, email campaigns, and digital ads.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to translate marketing objectives into clear, creative design strategies.
Branding and Visual Identity:
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of our brand’s visual identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and digital assets.
• Develop brand guidelines and templates that can be utilized across the organization to maintain brand integrity.
Collaboration and Project Management:
• Work closely with marketing, product, and business development teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet business needs.
• Manage design projects from concept through completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
• Gather feedback from stakeholders and make necessary revisions to designs.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Provide creative input and suggestions in brainstorming sessions for new marketing campaigns.
Required Qualifications
Experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
• Proven portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including digital and UX/UI.
Knowledge and Skills
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and web design tools.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with web design and familiarity with web design platforms such as Webflow.
• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles.
• Prior experience in the cybersecurity or compliance industry.
