As a UX/UI Designer at Oddit, you’ll join a small, collaborative team of designers who care about helping our clients boost long-term conversion and strengthen brand loyalty.
Responsibilities:
1. Design and deliver well-documented designs that accurately represent our client’s UX & brand needs.
2. Foster a creative culture remotely by sharing new learnings, providing feedback to other designers, and collaborating with our leadership team to promote new ways of working.
Requirements:
– Knowledge and fluency in Figma, Asana, Slack, and Google Drive.
– Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
– Design experience working at an agency, e-commerce, or DTC company.
– Ability to work under pressure and effectively manage shifting priorities in a startup environment.
– Strong knowledge of UX processes, patterns, and best practices.
– Ability to work remotely, efficiently and responsibly.
– You will need to have good knowledge in ecommerce especially knowing how to increase conversation rate, average order value and lifetime value of a customer.
– Strong command in English. You will be doing writeups in English and will be speaking in calls so you need to be really good in English.
Please note the salary provide is just the starting salary. You are able to get more than $1,500 a month depending on your performance.
