Who we’re looking for:
This opportunity is for an experienced Executive Assistant with a minimum of 3+ years of experience to assist with administrative support. A successful candidate is one that is supremely organized administratively and has experience working remotely to support visionary leaders and entrepreneurs. They must be confident, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable seeking out the answers they need to create order in a fast-changing company with plenty of ambiguity.

Key qualifications for this position include:
Preferably but not a must, a Bachelors of Arts or Business Communication Degree
3+ years as an executive assistant or administrative professional
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and fluency in English
Experience managing multiple calendars, email accounts, and other technology systems for busy professionals
Excellent judgement with the confidence to know when to ask questions/get clarity
Creative and resourceful; ability to look at multiple places for answers when necessary
Experience with email delegation and managing communications on behalf of a leader or supervisor
Experience performing basic administrative research and summarizing relevant findings
Attention to detail. Please include the word “supercalifragilisticexpialidocious” in your response.
Familiarity with Gmail, Google Calendar, GDrive, Dropbox, Microsoft Office, and any project management software or productivity tools (e.g. Asana, Slack, etc.)
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and visual design skills a plus (but not required)

Must be a person of integrity and an independent thinker
Able to work long hours and be flexible

Ability to engage in long conversations
Excellent time management and an ability to meet deadlines

What you’ll do:
Work closely with CEO to manage email communication, scheduling, and other administrative tasks
Manage CEO’s calendar: take the lead on all scheduling for CEO and ensure they are equipped with any information needed prior to any important meetings
Participate in All Hands meetings and help CEO organize weekly projects and to-do list
Take notes during meetings when requested and track follow-ups
Review CEO email correspondence and meet with CEO regularly to ensure they don’t miss an important message or follow-up
Support CEO with research, documentation, and other administrative work

Location: Can be remote, but must be available to work during US office hours (any US time zone is fine).

Schedule: 45+ hours/week depending on business needs and candidate’s availability; must be available for at least 8 hours each day Monday – Friday. Must be available on flexi-time on weekends. Interested candidates must have strong internet for 1-2 hours of video conferencing.
