Job Description:
As a Virtual Assistant specializing in Social Media Outreach, you will be responsible for managing and executing our DM campaigns on Instagram and Facebook. Your primary role will be to send 500 direct messages daily, following our provided scripts and guidelines. Additionally, you will collaborate with other Virtual Assistants to ensure smooth communication and workflow across the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Send 500 direct messages daily on Instagram and Facebook to potential clients, partners, and followers.
Follow provided scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and professionalism in all communications.
Track and report daily DM activities, including responses and engagement metrics.
Communicate effectively with other Virtual Assistants to coordinate efforts and share updates.
Provide regular feedback on the effectiveness of DM campaigns and suggest improvements.
Manage and update contact lists and DM templates as needed.
Ensure timely responses to any replies received from direct messages.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role, preferably in social media outreach or marketing.
Excellent written communication skills in English.
Familiarity with Instagram and Facebook platforms and their messaging features.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to meet daily targets and work efficiently.
Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Reliable internet connection and access to necessary tools and software.
Experience with collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Trello, Asana) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service or sales.
Knowledge of social media marketing strategies.
Ability to analyze engagement metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
