Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our growing online business, focusing on listing printable and print-on-demand products on platforms such as Etsy, Amazon Merch, and Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP). The ideal candidate will be proficient in conducting SEO research and selecting optimized keywords to enhance the visibility and sales potential of our products. Additionally, the role involves creating appealing product mockups and display images using tools like Canva.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Listing: Efficiently list printable and print-on-demand products on various online platforms including Etsy, Amazon Merch, and KDP, ensuring all product information is accurate and complete.
SEO Research and Optimization: Conduct thorough SEO research to identify high-ranking keywords. Integrate these keywords effectively in product titles, descriptions, and tags to maximize product visibility and search rankings on each platform.
Image Creation: Use graphic design tools such as Canva to create professional and attractive product mockups and display images that enhance the appeal of the listings.
Market Analysis: Regularly analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for optimizing listings and improving product visibility.
Performance Monitoring: Track the performance of listings in terms of search ranking, views, and sales; adjust SEO strategies and keywords as necessary for continuous improvement.
Administrative Tasks: Assist with other administrative tasks as needed, including responding to customer inquiries, managing inventory, and updating product information.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, particularly in e-commerce or digital marketing.
Strong knowledge and experience in SEO, including keyword research and optimization strategies.
Proficiency in graphic design tools, especially Canva, for creating engaging product images and mockups.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Etsy, Amazon Merch, and KDP is highly preferred.
Basic understanding of digital marketing and online sales strategies.
Working Hours and Location:
This is a remote position with flexible working hours. However, the candidate must be able to align their schedule as needed to meet deadlines and coordinate with the team.
