WHAT WE OFFER:

starting 22 hours per week with the potential to grow into a FULL-TIME remote position. We are offering a LONG TERM position with salary growth opportunities. We rely on your self-organization skills to organize your work as we rely solely on trust relationship. This position is 100% remote, it will require partial compliance with the US-EST time zone. The onboarding would start immediately with training provided!

We are a small private real estate company operating in the US. We work with Integrity, Excellence and PASSION.
To expand our team, we are looking for a customer manager to support our investment business.

JOB SUMMARY:

We seek an organized and proactive VA Customer Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships. The role will involve communication with customers via SMS and phone, to manage customer inquiries in a timely and effective customer service. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build customer rapport, be able to multi-task and prioritize and have a keen eye for detail.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Communicate with customers via text and phone to address their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with other team colleagues to ensure effective customer service.
• Manage customer data and track customer interaction and feedback.
• Seek opportunities to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to the team.
• Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers.
• Resolve customer questions in a timely and satisfactory manner.
• Update customers on the status of their inquiries and report issues where necessary.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of customer information in our system.
• Be punctual and meet agreed deadlines

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in customer management or a similar role. (is a plus)
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers.
• Experience with GoogleSuite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. (we do our best to not multitask :), but sometimes it’s part of game)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM software and customer service platforms is a plus. (optional)
• The activity-specific training will be provided.
• Part-time working hours (with potential to grow into full-time): based on mutual agreement in the time frame Monday to Friday 9AM to 5PM / Saturday 10AM to 2PM (Eastern Standard Time)
