VA Administrative Event Manager for Pizza Event Caterer

A multifaceted position that combines elements of event management, business administration, digital marketing, customer relations, and content management.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing emails and phone calls, quoting for catering events, managing bookings and event calendar, managing the digital presence of Antimo Pizza Chef, including handling social media interactions, updating the website, and creating engaging content.

Additionally, they will be responsible for administrative tasks such as managing emails, handling invoices, and coordinating with the team for event-related communications.

Location: Remote (Philippines-Based), Australia Working hours

Job Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: 9 AM – 5 PM Mon-Fri Melbourne Time (6 AM – 2 PM Philippines Time)

Role Overview:

The Virtual Assistant will be a crucial support in various business areas, contributing significantly to operational efficiency, customer engagement, and overall business growth. This role requires a multifaceted individual capable of handling diverse tasks in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Email Management:

Efficiently handle and organize incoming emails.
Provide timely responses to client inquiries and follow up as needed.
Coordinate with the team for specific event-related communications.

Invoice Management:

Create, send, and follow up on invoices.
Keep track of payments and maintain financial records.

Content Creation:

Write engaging articles and content for the Antimo Pizza Chef website.

Collaborate with the team to generate ideas for content that showcases our services and culinary expertise. An understanding of SEO and keyword research would be beneficial.

Website Management:

Regularly update the website with new photos and videos from events.
Ensure the website content is current and reflects our brand accurately.
Customer Reviews Management:

Send out requests for reviews to customers post-event.
Compile and organize received reviews for marketing purposes.

Social Media Management:

Assist in managing social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
Schedule and post content, engage with followers, and monitor social media trends.

Working Conditions:

40 hours per week minimum, with a 1-hour break per day.
Work from home, ensuring availability during designated Melbourne office hours.

Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and social media platforms.

Understanding of business operations, customer service, and basic accounting.
