FULL TIME ROLE TO START NEXT WEEK IF YOU ARE HIRED!!

This is a virtual assistant role for an 8-figure digital marketing company in the US. You will work with our sales and finance department to track data and keep the systems up to date. Additionally, you will be required to manage the sales team by acting as an assistant to the sales director. This may include communicating with sales reps via zoom as needed.

Requirements:
– Be able to work full time M-F on a pacific standard time schedule
– Start at 9am PST and go until 5pm PST
– Speak and communicate in English to managers and team members
– Be able to type in English to fix/create documents such as SOPs, send out emails/slack reminders, etc.

Daily Tasks:
– Connect with manager to get a sense of the goals for the week and tasks for the day
– Update daily trackers
– Find ways to automate and systematize current trackers to make position easier/more seamless
– Build relationships with clients/team members
– Report to other admin important stats such as staff attendance and whether they are active online or not
– Follow scripts as needed to communicate with team members/clients
– Fill out slack workflows and send an end of day daily report to your manager

Compensation:
– Base Salary between $200-$1,000 USD depending on experience
– Paid Days off

– Potential for pay review every 3-6 months for a raise
