Responsibilities:

1. First Point of Contact:
– Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls, providing excellent customer service and directing inquiries to the appropriate department.

2. Create Job/Quote and Website Chat:
– Generate and manage job and quote requests, ensuring accuracy and timely responses.
– Engage with website visitors through live chat, offering assistance and information about our services.

3. Email Communication:
– Manage email correspondence with customers, addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing updates on service requests.

4. Customer Service:
– Deliver exceptional customer service experiences, handling customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally.

5. Written and Verbal Communication:
– Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills in English, maintaining clear and effective communication with both customers and internal team members.

6. General Office Duties:
– Perform various administrative tasks to support daily operations, including but not limited to data entry, filing, and maintaining records.

7. Software Proficiency:
– Utilize Office 365 applications such as Word and Excel proficiently for document creation, organization, and data management.
– Experience with Simpro is preferred but not required.

8. Experience Requirements:
– Minimum of 5 years of experience working as an administrator VA, demonstrating proficiency in administrative tasks and customer service.
– Previous experience in electrical, air conditioning/HVAC, or plumbing contracting businesses is preferred.
