Job Description:

As an AI Voice Over Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our content creation process. Your primary responsibilities will include generating voiceovers using Eleven Lab, ensuring the audio quality meets our high standards, and optimizing scripts to maximize virality on YouTube. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency, creative writing skills, and an understanding of online content trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate voiceovers for various content types using Eleven Lab, ensuring clear, engaging, and brand-aligned narration.
Perform quality checks on AI-generated voiceovers to ensure clarity, accuracy, and emotional resonance with the target audience.
Edit and optimize scripts for voiceovers, focusing on virality potential, SEO keywords, and alignment with YouTube’s content guidelines and audience preferences.
Collaborate with the content team to brainstorm ideas, themes, and innovative approaches for viral content creation.
Stay updated with the latest trends in AI technology, voiceover production, and YouTube content creation to continuously improve our content strategy.
Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the Eleven Lab tool and our content creation process.

Requirements:

Proven experience in voiceover production, scriptwriting, or a related field.
Familiarity with AI voiceover technologies, specifically Eleven Lab, is highly preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and viral-friendly scripts.
Strong analytical skills to assess voiceover quality and script effectiveness.
