Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Virtual Assistant to support our team at Yes Stays. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting with administrative tasks, guest communications, property management, and other ad-hoc duties as required.

Responsibilities:
Manage email correspondence and respond to inquiries from guests, property owners, and partners
Coordinate guest bookings, including check-ins, check-outs, and resolving any issues that may arise during their stay
Assist with property listings and updates on various platforms, including Airbnb, , and our company website
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the short-term rental industry
Support the team with administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and document management, bookkeeping.
Collaborate with property managers, cleaners, and maintenance staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive brand image for Yes Stays.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role
Proven experience with Guesty PMS, Airbnb, and other OTA’s
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Previous experience in the hospitality or property management industry is a plus
High-speed internet connection and reliable computer equipment
Flexible availability to accommodate different time zones and occasional evening or weekend work
Knowledge and ability to post and create content for Social Media.
Ability to do basic bookkeeping and end-of-the-month financial statements.
Creation of SOPs (How-to guides) for all completed tasks.
