VA-Amazon FBA OA Product Sourcing and Listing

The main function is to find products from online supplier websites that could be sold through Amazon, using various criteria such as profit, sales rank, and return on investment.

Please note that while this position is currently part-time, there is the potential for it to transition into a full-time role based on performance, business needs, and mutual agreement. We are seeking candidates who are dedicated, reliable, and eager to grow with our business.

The duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Create a Daily Product Sourcing Plan/Strategy;
Search, analyze, and evaluate online suppliers and their product categories/product range, in line with the company’s profit and sales targets as well as budget;
Consider various criteria in searching and choosing products, including competitor data, sales data, market/consumer trends, buying behavior, associated risks, and overall business environment
Create product mix strategy, considering stock levels per peak seasons, special events, and supplier lead time;
Analyze profit performance of products and evaluate profitability trends as well as pricing strategy, using various tools such as Keepa, and SAS;
Listing products
Track and analyze trends on products consumption; and
Other related tasks in support of business operations.

THE REQUIRED TOOLS

Desktop/laptop – computer specs:
Processor – i5 or higher
RAM – 8 GB or higher
A fast and stable internet connection (at least 5 MBPS) and with a back-up internet (eg pocket wifi)
Quiet and professional work station
