We are a fully remote web development agency and also run a few own products. Our team is dedicated to producing high-quality applications for our clients and users that drives results for our clients and ourselves.
We seek an executive assistant to help ensure we stay on top of our work. The ideal candidate will handle first level support via chat, triage emails, help me create content for social and other channels, assist with bookings for travel, restaurants, and more, and provide support to our developer team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
– Do first level support on customer chat for our applications
– Handle and triage incoming emails, ensuring timely responses and prioritization.
– Assist with incoming invoice handling (back office)
– Assist with booking reservations for travel, restaurants, and other needs.
– Provide support to the content team, ensuring smooth operations and task management.
– Provide support to social content generation.
– Handle miscellaneous tasks as they arise, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
– Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant is essential.
– Proficiency in German is a plus.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Ability to multitask and handle a variety of tasks simultaneously.
**Working Hours**:
Flexible, ranging from 5 to 10 hours per week based on company needs and individual availability. This role will grow over time.
**Compensation**:
Compensation will range from $5 to $8 per hour, depending on experience and hours worked.
**Communication Tools**:
The primary tools for communication will be Slack, email and chatwoot. Familiarity with these platforms is preferred.
**Duration of Contract**:
This is an ongoing position with the potential for long-term collaboration.
**Training & Onboarding**:
Training will be on-the-job, with guidance provided based on the tasks assigned.
**Performance Metrics**:
Proactivity and the ability to anticipate needs are considered vital performance indicators for this role.
