Your Role

As our Virtual Assistant, your primary goal will be to oversee LinkedIn marketing activities, from pinpointing leads that match our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) to outreach and ultimately scheduling qualified sales meetings each week.

Your contributions will be vital in driving our business forward.

The starting wage is $4 per hour quickly rising after completing training.

$500 will be paid for each new customer signed, with the target being 1 per week after training.

You will need to work a mixture of UK and US core business hours.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Identification: Utilize tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and manage leads that align with our ICP.

Content Creation: Craft engaging content and drive engagement

Effective Outreach: Support outreach with email campaigns (SmartLead)

Scheduling: Schedule meetings, maximize attendance and manage follow-ups

Video Marketing: Support the creation and distribution of impactful video content

Automation and AI: Leverage Zapier & ChatGPT for automation and process improvement

Essential Qualities
– 3+ years VA experience running LinkedIn marketing for a US service business
– Lead generation, outreach campaign management and sales meeting scheduling
– A track record of proactively improving processes to be more efficient and effective

Desirable Qualities
– Leading and developing other VAs
– Experience within a recruitment or staffing business, ideally technical
– Demonstration of passion for IT and, even better, AI

Essential Tools Experience

– LinkedIn (Sales Nav)
– Google Workspace (ideally Sheets power user e.g., vlookup)
– Loom or similar
– Slack
– Trello or other project management tool
– SmartLead or other email sequencer
– Dripify or other LinkedIn automation

Desirable Experience

– Zapier
– ChatGPT
