Fit2Ride is a leading e-commerce brand specializing in innovative magnetic travel protection covers for RVs, UTVs, heavy equipment, and more. As we continue to grow and expand, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Virtual Assistant to join our team. This role focuses on building out and automating our systems for production, team management, and customer support on the backend.
Key Responsibilities:
Automation & Systems Build-Out:
Design, develop, and implement automation solutions for various business processes.
Streamline and optimize production workflows, inventory management, and order processing systems.
Build and maintain backend systems for team collaboration and customer management.
Project Management:
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
Collaborate with different departments to identify needs and deliver effective solutions.
Track project progress, address issues, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Technical Support & Troubleshooting:
Provide technical support for automation tools and systems.
Troubleshoot issues and implement fixes to ensure smooth operation.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze system performance and generate reports to inform business decisions.
Implement data tracking and reporting mechanisms for production, sales, and customer service.
Qualifications:
Experience & Skills:
Proven experience in automation, systems build-out, and backend development.
Strong knowledge of automation tools and platforms (e.g., Zapier, Integromat, Microsoft Power Automate).
Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Asana, ).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Technical Proficiency:
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, ShipStation).
Experience with CRM systems and customer support tools.
Strong understanding of data analysis and reporting techniques.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proactive, self-motivated, and highly organized.
