This role is designed for those outstanding candidates who are eager to excel and are driven to exceed expectations. As a result of our continued growth, we are seeking a part time bookkeeper.

Responsibilities –
Reconcile and allocate all transactions on all payment platforms
Reconcile against bank feeds/statements/invoices
Manage Purchase Orders imported from Cin 7 inventory system
Enter bills via receipt bank or other
Enter cash flow numbers
Report to senior bookkeeper

Essential experience –
Solid and fluent Xero platform understanding
Strong google sheets/excel skills
A high level of organization and exceptional attention to detail
Impeccable administration skills
Knowledge of inventory system Cin 7 preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
