The OpportunityWe’re seeking a highly-motivated and skilled Cold Outreach Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving lead generation and expanding our customer base. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in cold outreach campaigns and a deep understanding of best practices for building relationships with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation and Research: Thoroughly research and identify potential leads using various resources and tools, ensuring the quality and relevance of prospects.
Outreach Campaign Management: Design, execute, and monitor highly-targeted cold outreach campaigns across email and other channels, using tools like Instantly, Apollo, Dripify, or similar.
List Management: Meticulously build and maintain organized prospect lists, using advanced Excel features for data sorting, filtering, and analysis
Copywriting: Craft compelling and personalized email templates, subject lines, and messaging sequences that resonate with potential leads.
Performance Tracking and Reporting: Analyze campaign metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and generate reports to identify areas of improvement.
Qualifications
Required:
1-2+ years of proven experience in cold outreach and lead generation, preferably in a SaaS environment.
Expertise in cold outreach tools (Instantly, Apollo, Dripify, or similar)
Advanced proficiency with Excel (data manipulation, pivot tables, formulas)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-starter with exceptional time management and organizational skills.
Preferred:
Basic copywriting experience
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
