Job Description

“Home of Prefab” is a newly established business with great potential. We launched early this year and already became the center of attention in the Prefab and Tiny Home Niche! We sell prefabricated tiny homes and ADUs in addition to essentials that complement the free-spirit experience.

We are seeking a Virtual Customer Care and Sales Assistant to join us remotely. If you are motivated, customer-focused and welling to grow in a business as a partner not staff member, this is your opportunity!

OPPORTUNITY DESCRIPTION:
You will be responsible for providing outstanding customer support and assisting with sales and general inquiries to enhance the overall customer experience. As a key member of our business, you will interact with customers via email, chat, and phone to address their questions, resolve issues, and guide them through the purchasing process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and a strong desire to drive sales and exceed targets with perfect ENGLISH Proficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone
-Provide accurate product information, pricing, and availability to customers
-Assist customers with order placement, payment processing, and checkout procedures
-Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
-Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business
-Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
-Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and customer service best practices

REQUIREMENTS:
-Perfect English Language (Spoken, Written, Understanding)
-Minimum 5 years experience in customer service and/or sales roles, preferably in an e-commerce environment
-Experience working with a US company
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
-Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
-Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
-Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online payment systems. Previous experience in Shopify is preferable.
-Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
-Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
-Bachelor Degree in business related field; additional qualifications in customer service or sales are a plus
-Experience in Real Estate, HVAC, or electrics is a plus
